By accessing or using Fileflo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users, whether free or Pro.
Using Fileflo
Fileflo provides free and paid online tools to compress, convert, resize, and edit files. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse our infrastructure.
- Resell or rebrand the Service without a written agreement.
Accounts
You can use most tools without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
Fileflo Pro & billing
Fileflo Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: New subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Price changes: We'll give you advance notice of any price change before it affects your plan.
Your content & ownership
You retain all rights to the files you process with Fileflo. We claim no ownership over your content. For in-browser tools, we never even receive your files.
Fileflo's IP: The Service itself — our software, design, and brand — remains the property of Fileflo and is protected by applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep Fileflo fast and reliable, we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that results will meet every requirement. Always keep a backup of important files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fileflo isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
